Blissful Body Yoga is a yoga of awareness
and inquiry influenced by many different yoga traditions, and
particularly centered around the Kripalu yoga
methodology.
It is a "come as you are approach" focusing on yoga as a journey of self-awareness and personal growth, both on and "off the mat." Our acronynm for this approach to sadhana (practice) is BRFWA: Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow.
